A silent running wheel for indoor cats, finished in wood rather than plastic, and sized to the weight of the cat using it.
An indoor cat has nowhere to sprint. A wheel is the only piece of cat furniture that gives them a flat-out run in a flat, and this one is built to sit in a living room without looking like gym equipment.
Indoor cats are built to sprint and never do
Cats are ambush hunters. In the wild they spend the day still and then run hard in short bursts, and an indoor cat almost never gets the second half of that. What you see instead is the two o'clock zoomies, weight creeping up, and a cat that seems restless rather than tired.
A wheel gives that burst back. Most cats that take to one use it in short bouts of a minute or two, several times a day, usually around dawn and dusk when they would naturally hunt.
Silent, because a noisy one gets unplugged
The bearings run quiet and the tread is closed-cell rather than bare board, so a cat running at three in the morning does not wake the house. That is not a small point: a rumbling wheel is the reason most of them end up in a garage.
The running surface is textured for grip so paws do not slip at speed, and it lifts off for cleaning.
Sized to the cat, not one size for all
A wheel that is too small forces a cat to run with an arched spine, which is why sizing matters more here than on most pet products. Three sizes cover cats under 3.5kg, 3.5 to 5kg, and 5 to 7.5kg, so your cat runs with a straight back.
The 12mm board comes in five finishes, including natural, ivory and black, so it can match a room rather than fight it.

Worth knowing before you buy
- Not every cat will use one. Roughly speaking, young, lean and high-energy cats take to a wheel; older, heavier or very placid cats often never do. There is no way to know in advance which yours is.
- It takes training. Expect to spend two to three weeks luring your cat on with a wand toy and treats. A wheel is not something a cat works out by itself.
- This is large and heavy furniture. Measure your floor space and your doorways before ordering, and plan for a substantial box.
- Despite the name, the board is E1-grade engineered panel with a wood finish, not a solid timber plank. E1 is the standard low-formaldehyde grade used for indoor furniture.
- Assembly is required and takes time. It is a flat-pack job, not an unbox-and-use one.
- Check the weight bands honestly. An overweight cat in an undersized wheel will run badly and may hurt itself.

Fill and plug in
Lift the lid, pour in up to 6 litres of dry food, drop the desiccant pack into the drying box and connect the adapter. Add 4 AA batteries for power-cut backup.
Pair with the app
Install the Pet Zero app, turn on your phone's Bluetooth and it finds the feeder by itself. It works on either 2.4GHz or 5GHz Wi-Fi.
Set the schedule
Choose your feeding times and the portion size for each. Run it for a few days while you are home before relying on it while away.

How long will delivery take?

What food does it take?
Dry kibble only, 3 to 15mm, including freeze-dried and air-dried food. Wet, raw and fresh food don't keep safely in a hopper, so the feeder doesn't support them.
What happens if my Wi-Fi drops?
Your cat still gets fed. The feeding schedule is stored on the feeder itself rather than in the cloud, so meals keep dispensing on time. What pauses is the remote side of it: the live camera, notifications and feeding by hand from your phone. All of it returns on its own once the network is back, with nothing to re-pair.
Is it safe to leave for a week?
Yes, and capacity is the easy part: six litres is roughly two to three weeks of food for one cat. Two honest caveats. Run it for a few days while you are at home first, so you know your cat takes to it. And for longer trips still have someone able to look in, because a feeder handles meals and lets you watch, but it cannot refill a water bowl or spot a cat that has stopped eating.
What happens in a power cut?
Four AA batteries take over and scheduled meals keep dispensing. The feeder sleeps between meals on battery, so the camera and app pause until mains power returns, but your cat still gets fed on time. Rechargeable batteries are not recommended, as they can make the feeder report its charge level inaccurately.
What Wi-Fi does it need?
Either band. It connects to 2.4GHz or 5GHz, so it will work with whatever your router broadcasts.
Can it feed two cats?
One feeder portions one bowl reliably. For multi-cat homes we recommend one feeder per cat, because cats who share a bowl rarely share it fairly.
Is there a subscription for the camera?
No. Live video and two-way audio work through the Pet Zero app with no monthly fee. There is no SD card slot and no cloud plan — you watch live and can save a snapshot or clip to your phone.
