Delivery
Free delivery on every UK order. No minimum spend, no small print.
- Dispatch: within 7–10 working days of your order
- Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch, by tracked courier
- Coverage: all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland
We would rather be straight with you than surprise you. Ten working days is the honest outside figure for getting a feeder on its way to you, and we will not pretend otherwise to win an order. If you need one sooner than that, email us before you buy rather than after.
You will get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. We give you a full month because a feeder needs a couple of weeks for a cat to accept it.

- We send you the return address — no forms, no interrogation
- Send it back with all accessories, in a condition we can resell
- Refund to your original payment method within 14 days of it reaching us
If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, return postage is on us. If you've simply changed your mind, you cover return postage — we'll tell you the expected cost before you send anything.
