Free delivery on every UK order. No minimum spend, no small print.

- Coverage: all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland
We'd rather be straight with you than surprise you. Our feeders ship directly from our manufacturing partner rather than from a UK warehouse. That's what lets us offer a 5L camera feeder at this price instead of the £300 the shelf-stocked brands charge. The trade-off is that delivery takes longer than a next-day retailer. If you need a feeder this week, we're honestly not the right choice for you right now.
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to start updating.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. That's more than the 14-day legal minimum, because a feeder needs a couple of weeks for a cat to accept it.

- We send you the return address — no forms, no interrogation
- Send it back with all accessories, in a condition we can resell
- Refund to your original payment method within 14 days of it reaching us
If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, return postage is on us. If you've simply changed your mind, you cover return postage — we'll tell you the expected cost before you send anything.
None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
