Every Kitty Korners feeder comes with a 12-month warranty against faults in materials and workmanship.
What's covered
- The feeder stops dispensing, jams repeatedly, or won't power on
- Camera, speaker or connectivity failure
- Any fault that isn't caused by accident, misuse or normal wear
What's not covered
- Accidental damage (dropped, chewed, flooded — cats are creative)
- Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect how it works
- Damage from non-original power supplies or rechargeable batteries, which the manual asks you not to use
- Immersing the main unit in water. Only the bowl and food hopper are washable
How a claim works
- Email hello@kittykorners.com with your order number and a short description or video of the fault
- A real person replies within one working day
- If we can't fix it remotely, we replace it. Simple as that.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and doesn't override them. Those rights last longer than our warranty and are not affected by it.
