Shipping policy
Where we ship
Kitty Korners ships to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or outside the UK.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on all UK orders. There are no handling fees, and there is nothing further to pay on arrival.
How long it takes
We would rather set the right expectation than disappoint you.
- Dispatch: within 7 to 10 working days of your order
- Delivery: 1 to 2 working days once dispatched, by tracked courier
If that timescale does not suit you, please email us before ordering rather than after. We would sooner talk you out of a purchase than have you waiting on something you needed sooner.
Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email straight away, and a second email with a tracking number once your feeder is dispatched. Tracking can take a few hours to begin updating after collection.
Delays
Occasionally a delivery is held up by a carrier backlog or severe weather. If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, email hello@kittykorners.com and we will trace it, resend it, or refund you in full. Your choice.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and may need to charge the cost of reshipping.
Damaged in transit
If your feeder arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the product and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
