Where we ship
Kitty Korners ships to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or outside the UK.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on all UK orders. There are no handling fees, and no customs duties or import taxes are payable by you.
How long delivery takes
We would rather set the right expectation than disappoint you, so here are the real timings.
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
- Delivery: 10 to 14 business days from dispatch
- Typical total time from order to doorstep: 2 to 3 weeks
Our feeders ship directly from our manufacturing partner rather than from a UK warehouse. That is what lets us offer a 5L camera feeder at this price instead of the £300 our shelf-stocked competitors charge. The trade-off is that delivery takes longer than a next-day retailer. If you need a feeder within a few days, we are honestly not the right choice for you right now.
Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a second email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to begin updating after dispatch.
Delays
Occasionally deliveries are held up by customs, carrier backlogs or severe weather. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, email hello@kittykorners.com and we will locate it, resend it, or refund you in full. Your choice.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and may need to charge for reshipping.
Damaged in transit
If your feeder arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the product and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
