Watch them eat

A 1080p camera streams live to the app, so you can check in from work, a weekend away, or the sofa.

Meals on your schedule

Set the portion size and the times that suit your cat. Once it is set, it just runs, whether you are home or not.

Survives a power cut

Four AA batteries take over automatically. Scheduled meals keep dispensing even when the mains drops out.

THE FULL DETAIL

Everything about the Watchtower

Full specification

A wall-mounted climbing system that puts platforms, a resting shelf and a scratching post on one run of wall, for cats that need somewhere to go up.

This is the multi-station version rather than a single perch. Fitted as a set it makes a route: step, step, rest, scratch, which is how a cat actually uses vertical space rather than sitting on one shelf all day.

A route, not a shelf

Cats move through a room in a circuit. Giving them one high platform gives them a destination; giving them a staggered run gives them a way to travel the room without touching the floor, which is what stops a bored indoor cat pacing.

It also solves the standoff in a two-cat house. Cats avoid conflict by using height rather than sharing the floor, and a climbing run gives the less confident one somewhere to be that is not contested.

Everything on one wall

The set combines climbing platforms, a resting spot and a scratching post in a single integrated design, so you are not buying a cat tree, a wall shelf and a scratching post separately and finding they do not match.

Because it hangs on the wall it takes no floor at all. In a small flat that is often the difference between having somewhere for the cat to climb and having nothing.

Wood that holds 10kg

Each platform is rated to 10 kilos, which covers any domestic cat landing on it at speed rather than merely sitting on it. The wood is finished rather than carpet-wrapped, so it wipes clean and does not fray at the edges the way a fabric cat tree does within a year.

Assembly is straightforward and the mounting hardware is supplied.

Specifications

  • Material: wood
  • Maximum load: 10kg per platform
  • Features: climbing platforms, resting shelf and integrated scratching post
  • Suits: medium-sized cats
  • Mounting: wall-fixed
  • Assembly: simple assembly required
  • In the box: climbing frame, mounting hardware, instruction manual

Worth knowing before you buy

  • This screws into a wall and is not free-standing. You will need a drill and either studs or proper heavy-duty anchors.
  • Into plasterboard alone, buy rated plasterboard anchors separately. The supplied fixings assume masonry, and a cat lands on these with real force.
  • The 10kg rating is for a static load on a correctly fixed platform. It is not a guarantee against a bad fixing.
  • Plan the layout before you drill. Spacing the platforms about 30 to 40cm apart vertically suits most cats; too far apart and they will not use the run.
  • Self-assembly is required before mounting.
  • Orders are dispatched within 7 to 10 working days. See our shipping policy for the full detail.
Setting it up
1

Fill and plug in

Lift the lid, pour in up to 6 litres of dry food, drop the desiccant pack into the drying box and connect the adapter. Add 4 AA batteries for power-cut backup.

2

Pair with the app

Install the Pet Zero app, turn on your phone's Bluetooth and it finds the feeder by itself. It works on either 2.4GHz or 5GHz Wi-Fi.

3

Set the schedule

Choose your feeding times and the portion size for each. Run it for a few days while you are home before relying on it while away.

GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions

Everything worth knowing before you buy. Still unsure? Ask a human and we'll reply within a day.

How long will delivery take?

We dispatch within 7 to 10 working days of your order, then it is 1 to 2 working days with a tracked courier. Full detail on our Delivery & Returns page.

What food does it take?

Dry kibble only, 3 to 15mm, including freeze-dried and air-dried food. Wet, raw and fresh food don't keep safely in a hopper, so the feeder doesn't support them.

What happens if my Wi-Fi drops?

Your cat still gets fed. The feeding schedule is stored on the feeder itself rather than in the cloud, so meals keep dispensing on time. What pauses is the remote side of it: the live camera, notifications and feeding by hand from your phone. All of it returns on its own once the network is back, with nothing to re-pair.

Is it safe to leave for a week?

Yes, and capacity is the easy part: six litres is roughly two to three weeks of food for one cat. Two honest caveats. Run it for a few days while you are at home first, so you know your cat takes to it. And for longer trips still have someone able to look in, because a feeder handles meals and lets you watch, but it cannot refill a water bowl or spot a cat that has stopped eating.

What happens in a power cut?

Four AA batteries take over and scheduled meals keep dispensing. The feeder sleeps between meals on battery, so the camera and app pause until mains power returns, but your cat still gets fed on time. Rechargeable batteries are not recommended, as they can make the feeder report its charge level inaccurately.

What Wi-Fi does it need?

Either band. It connects to 2.4GHz or 5GHz, so it will work with whatever your router broadcasts.

Can it feed two cats?

One feeder portions one bowl reliably. For multi-cat homes we recommend one feeder per cat, because cats who share a bowl rarely share it fairly.

Is there a subscription for the camera?

No. Live video and two-way audio work through the Pet Zero app with no monthly fee. There is no SD card slot and no cloud plan — you watch live and can save a snapshot or clip to your phone.

What if I change my mind?

You have a full 30 days from delivery to return it. Email hello@kittykorners.com and we will send return instructions.
